I was invited onto television to discuss the comments from the former UK Chief Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks in the New Statesman.
In the interview with the magazine’s political editor, George Eaton, Rabbi Sacks said: “Now, within living memory of the Holocaust, and while Jews are being murdered elsewhere in Europe for being Jews, we have an anti-Semite as the leader of the Labour Party and Her Majesty’s Opposition. That is why Jews feel so threatened by Mr Corbyn and those who support him.”
I debated Eddie Dempsey, a representative of the RMT trade union. I have to say I was rather shocked by the way he dismissed the issue of antisemitism within the Labour party, but you can watch below and judge for yourself.
My first book "Not Buying It", looking at post-truth in media and politics, is being published by Unbound
